player won team: Big Daddy’s House. Overall Points: 1734. Overall Rank: 48.590

Last week: Another average performing week for our team. We got some points for clean sheets, but other than that there was little payoff for our efforts. The absence of Jiménez (Wolves) in our team is starting to take its toll, but we don't want to transfer him in just yet. Wolves have a tricky away game against Chelsea, and they don't play in the game week after, so there's little sense in bringing him in now. Oh well, we will just have to hope our current lot is able to turn it around. Here's our pick of this weeks ones-to-watch:

Keeper: Boruc (Bournemouth) 4.0m

Okay, here you definitely get some value for money. Boruc seems to be Eddie Howe's new favorite in goal, and with the schedule, Bournemouth has ahead of them, this could be a good transfer. Also, at 4.0m in price, this does free up some cash, if you're in a tight spot. Bournemouth is not the team with the most clean sheets, but an away game against Huddersfield and home against Newcastle over the next two games look pretty doable.

Defender: Matip (Liverpool) 4.9m

Lovren (Liverpool) and Gomez (Liverpool) is still out with injuries, so Matip still looks like a safe bet for a starting place in a really strong Liverpool team. 4.9m seems cheap considering they have a relatively easy game against Burnley this game week. We don't think Burnley is gonna score, so that's 4 points right for the taking.

Midfielder: Snodgrass (West Ham) 5.0m

West Ham is playing the current number 18 and 20 in the league over the next two matches, and that has to mean there are points in the West Ham players. Snodgrass is not the most scoring in the West Ham team, but he does handle most set pieces and is usually good for an assist or two. At 5.0m he's a good bet if money's tight.

Attacker: Batshuayi (Crystal Palace) 6.5m

We've pushed Batshuayi before after his loan deal at Crystal Palace came through and with good reason. Seems like the cooperation with Zaha (Crystal Palace) is working fine, and so far he's made 2 goals and 1 assist in 282 minutes playing for Crystal Palace. Not bad. Home against Brighton he could definitely strengthen that statistic.

Player to Avoid: Jiménez (Wolves) 6.9

Just for the next two matches. Don't worry. This is a must-have player, so if you already have him on the team, then don't get rid of him. But if you don't have him on the team, then wait for two rounds before signing him. Wolves are playing Chelsea away, and then they're not in the fixtures for the following game week, so don't sign him right now. Wait for Wolves' double-round in GW 32.

Our Team and Transfers:

We thought we'd be settled as far as goalkeepers go, but changes in the program have forced us to make changes as well. Neither Ryan (Brighton) or Patricio (Wolves) is playing in the coming game week, and with Brighton having an away game against in-form Crystal Palace, and Wolves playing away against Chelsea, we thought it would be better to do the transfer this game week instead of next. So we're bringing in Boruc (Bournemouth) and hoping for a clean sheet against Huddersfield, but other than that there are no major changes. Salah (Liverpool) is our pick for captain, and then we've benched most Man Utd players because of their away game against Arsenal.
